I'm known in different circles as a celebrity chef or a mixologist but the official run down is this: President of Kathy Casey Food Studios & Liquid Kitchen, an agency specializing in all things delicious! Food and cocktail development as well as restaurant consultation, food photography, spokesperson work as well as tasty web, TV, and radio media hosting. I'm also the founder and owner of Dish D'lish Cafes and specialty product line, and author of nine books and counting.

Have You Had Previous Dance Experience?

My husband (then boyfriend) John and I used to hit the discos years ago. We would dance all night and into the morning. Yes, I used to show up to class in my disco outfit and would get very strange comments from my teacher! Sometimes the entire dance floor would clear out to watch us “Get down, boogie-oogie-oogie!” Ok, that's kinda embarrassing!

Why Are You Dancing in Support of Plymouth Housing Group?

I truly feel this is a great cause. I've been a supporter of Plymouth Housing Group for many years, and when they told me this year they wanted dancing support, I said, “Sign me up, and let's hope I don't fall down!”

Where Will You Put Your Glitter Ball Trophy When You Win?

I'll wear it around my neck as jewelry!
